Made In Israel
Exhibition and show (50 years To Israel’s independence), 1998
A huge theatrical Installation, which combines an exhibition and performances. The public is invited to go through strict border controls, and is then hosted at an exhibition of amusing Retro Israeli anecdotes. Later, The audience is divided into three groups and goes on a journey in the country: a visit to the Dead-sea with salt and mud treatments, a wild tour through the 3 monotheistic religions in the holy city of Jerusalem, a visit to a multi – cultural theatre, continued by an experience of a “terror attack” on an Israeli bus, which turns into shooting a scene of a film, on to a cabaret in which the audience was invited to savor the Israeli folk cabaret singers, Dana International, and of course have an authentic taste of hummus and fresh pitas. The end of the show bonus – A kosher Jewish wedding!
